Tenants can use the app to earn and manage rewards for good behaviors like timely rent payments and other in-app interactions. Empowered by in-app education content alongside their earned rewards, tenants can connect with Nido real estate and mortgage experts when ready to start the homebuying process. Discovery workshop Our team met with the customer for an intensive discussion to understand the user, align on expectations, and define business outcomes for key milestones. Product audit Our team conducted a rigorous review of the existing solution to understand necessary functionality, architecture, and workflow to inform new product design. Release planning We collaborated with our client to define what must be present in the initial release in terms of foundations, core requirements, and feature functionality. We were able to frame out the longer-term strategic roadmap. Software architecture and strategy Our architect and engineers resolved complexities around our approach to future integrations with homebuying programs and resources. Build and release beta 1.0 for tenants and landlords The team successfully built out and tested all required features for the beta release. The mobile app was submitted to app stores for approval and passed. Continuous delivery in pursuit of business goals After a successful beta release, the team has been releasing continuous updates for web and mobile with new features, integrations, and refinements based on customer feedback.
