Rewarding tenant loyalty with buying power
Nido Rewards — a disruptive financial startup in the residential real estate market — wanted to empower tenants seeking home ownership. After a slow start working with offshore partners, Nido came to Truefit seeking help with bringing their MVP tenant loyalty platform to the market.

At-a-Glance
To help Nido Rewards quickly bring their platform to market, Truefit built and integrated the tenant mobile app with a new web-based backend enhanced for scalability. Tenants can use the app to earn and manage rewards for good behaviors like timely rent payments and other in-app interactions. Empowered by in-app education content alongside their earned rewards, tenants can connect with Nido real estate and mortgage experts when ready to start the homebuying process.
